Recycling Frac Water in Texas

We recently took our Integrated Treatment System (ITS) for frac water recycling out to a remote ranch in south Texas. This location, in the heart of the Eagle Ford shale play, is scheduled for hundreds of new wells over the coming years. With water scarcity presenting itself as a major concern in the region, the industry is ripe for a reliable, high-rate frac water recycling system to help cut down on water usage from aquifers and other already too stressed water sources.

The video below shows a little bit of what our system helped remove from the flowback and produced waters as we prepped the water for reuse in other fracks.

How well did it work. Did it meet TDS and TSS acceptable levels for re- use? I am interested in your technology.

It sure did! The treated water was carried from the holding pond for reuse in other nearby wells. Shoot us and email with any other questions –
